Sandberg ConfCam EPTZ 1080P HD Remote offers you a camera and a microphone in a single device. The camera supports panning, tilting and zooming, which are controlled with the included remote control. Furthermore, you get a 105° wide-angle lens, thus all attendees are in the picture. The two built-in microphones ensure that all attendees’ voices are picked up and reproduced clearly. Compatible with all known online conference applications.

Why can’t I get the volume buttons on the remote control to work?

Because there are no built-in speakers on this model, these buttons are inactive. But they will work on model 134-23, which does have built-in speakers.
