Check the label on your product for PO or LOT followed by a number. This identifies its production batch; it is not the product number or serial number. Some older batches have no PO or LOT marking.

Where can I find the PO / LOT number?

Look for “PO” on the product label. It is followed by 5 or 6 digits, for example PO XXXXX or PO XXXXXX.

For LOT, enter the number printed after LOT on your product label. Its position can vary between products.

A support ticket must contain at least one Sandberg product. You can associate up to 2 products.
