The Sandberg SATA Raid Boost lets you expand your computer with up to two internal SATA hard disks, either individually or in a RAID configuration. You can also use the two external eSATA ports to connect eSATA devices such as an external hard disk.


S.L.A.P. (Dansk eSport) tested the Sandberg Serial ATA RAID Boost (30/05/2007 issue). The review mentioned:

How many SATA devices can be connected to the card simultaneously?

You can connect a maximum of two SATA devices to the card simultaneously. Jumpers must be set in accordance with whether you are connecting internal or external SATA devices. Download the instruction sheet above which will show you how to set the jumpers.
