FAQ

After connecting the adapter to the printer, my printer will not print.

After installing the printer adapter, you must also reinstall your printer. Ensure that you select the newly created port (PB2884-1).

I have a multifunction device with printer, scanner and fax, but after connecting the printer adapter, my printer will not print.

Multifunction devices with scanner functions etc. cannot be used with our adapter. However, in some cases it is possible to get the printer component to work.

You say that the product works with MAC OS, Windows XP, Vista and 7, but I can't find drivers to download for these operating systems.

The product does not need a driver installation for these operating systems as the driver is in the operating system.
