FAQ

Why when I press the Ø key, does the Æ key appear, and vice-versa?

The keyboard has the common Nordic layout. On the Danish keyboard, Æ and Ø are opposite to the other three Scandinavian languages. Therefore the three languages have been pre-distributed. However, you can easily get the keys to match the Danish layout by carefully loosening the keys with a flat-tip screwdriver and changing them round. They will click into place easily.

When I press the @ key nothing happens.

The location of the @ key is designed for connecting to an iPhone or iPad. If you use the keyboard with for example Windows, the key will not write @. Instead @ is written using the combination Right ALT+2.

Why can't I connect the keyboard to my mobile phone?

Many phones require you to download a piece of software to connect an external keyboard. Contact your mobile phone manufacturer for more information.

Why doesn't the keyboard work with my Android?

Unfortunately, not all Android versions support bluetooth HID devices, such as your keyboard. But in most cases you can solve this issue by downloading the BlueInput app from Android Market.

Why can't I get Danish characters to work on my Android phone?

Some Android phones generally do not support Danish characters on the external keyboard. As a solution the application "External Keyboard Helper Pro" can be downloaded from the Android Market.
