The Sandberg Laptop AC Adapter is an inexpensive alternative to an original power supply and you won’t notice any difference in performance. This is the perfect opportunity to get an extra power supply, e.g. for work or study purposes, or to replace the original if you’ve lost it. The power supply can be set to 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 22 or 24 volts, so it’s suitable for most laptops. The connector from the power supply can be adapted to fit your laptop by swapping it with one of the many connector types enclosed. It is also possible to charge other devices via the built-in USB port.

The Norwegian website DinSide has reviewed the Sandberg Laptop AC Adapter (15 May 2009). They said:

»... The icing on the cake is that the power supply also has a USB port. Which means that you can charge your MP3 player or mobile phone without turning on your PC ... better than many original power supplies ...«

Can I use this power supply for my little netbook?

No, this power supply is compatible with virtually every standard laptop, but not with little netbooks. We expect to launch a universal power supply for netbooks in the spring of 2009.
