How do I charge the powerbank?
Use the USB-A to USB-C cable included. Remember that the USB-C cable must be connected to the powerbank’s USB-C input
Why aren’t there any USB cables included in the box?
The USB cables are in the box. They are placed under the sides of the inner carton next to the powerbank.
How can battery life be optimised?
For optimal battery performance, we recommend fully discharging and recharging the powerbank at least once every three months
