The Sandberg USB to USB Transfer Link is the easiest way to transfer files between two computers. The cable is designed for the Windows® Vista’s Windows Easy Transfer utility, which is also on the enclosed CD so that you can install it on Windows® XP. The cable is therefore ideal for transferring files from your old computer to your new one – and at USB 2.0 speed, which is faster than most traditional networks.

Can I use this cable to transfer data from Windows versions earlier than Windows XP and Vista?
No, this product only works with Windows XP and Vista.
Can I transfer files between two computers that both run Windows XP?
Windows Easy Transfer, which is an integrated part of Windows Vista and also comes with the product on the accompanying CD, cannot transfer files between two computers if they both run Windows XP. Instead please use the PC Linq program, which can either be downloaded from the website or installed using the accompanying CD. If you install it from the CD you must launch this file: D:\Two-Way AP\PCLinq3_Generic_3003.exe (where 'D' is the letter of your CD drive). Please see the English manual in the Two-Way AP folder on the CD for instructions on how to use this program. The manual can also be downloaded here on the website.
